|Recommended: YesLove this place The receptionists are so great They are so nice and they worked with me constantly to get into the perfect apartment for me. They were always in contact and we’re willing to work with me on my preferences. Place is gorgeous and safe Would recommend to anyone
|Recommended: NoVery nice but I hear my neighbors constantly — My actual unit is very nice, the parking garage is nice but I can the people above me all the time. When they walk around, I can hear them talking, can hear when they fight. At all hours of the day and night--it is actually quite frustrating.

|Recommended: YesVery happy home at Clinton West — We loved our time living at Clinton West. The people here are very friendly and the management has been welcoming and helpful. Even our two small dogs were very welcome here. The location is fantastic. You can walk to many great bars and restaurants. You can walk or ride your bike to Edgewater park or Wendy park and enjoy the lakefront. You are close to all locations in Cleveland. We were lucky to get an apartment with a small walkout patio and garden area.
We will miss our time here. We will have great memories to take with us.

|Recommended: YesSpacious and new with excellent location — The building is great as its only a few years old. Parking garage is perfect and they assign spots based on your apartment location to make it efficient getting in and out. Unit and appliances are new and up to date. Rooms are very spacious and has great lighting due to number of windows. Bonus is having the front porch patio.

Everyone was so helpful throughout the process and I felt they were genuinely helping me find the right fit for what I needed. Upon moving in, it has been such a great experience. From a beautiful building, friendly staff, TONS of space in our gorgeous like-new apartment, and it's close to everything we need. I also love the dog-friendly nature of the neighborhood overall. Great option for anyone looking to live in Ohio City.
